Please take the time to read and understand our client agreement and Terms and conditions before engaging the services of Wedding Taskers.
By paying your retainer we assume you have read these terms and conditions, have understood them and are okay with them.

Retainer, Deposits + Monies Paid
The retainer (deposit) or any monies paid is non-refundable in money or in credits, regardless of cancellation notice time, reason for cancelling, change of mind. This includes cancelling due to COVID related issues.
Final Payment
We take final payment before handing over your order. Late payments will delay your service / order being handed over to you.
Cancellations
You are welcome to cancel your order or services with us at any time for any reason. We kindly ask you to notify us in an email to hello@weddingtaskers.com.au
We will then reply and confirm your cancellation within 2 working days. If you have not received an email confirmation from us regarding your cancellation, please note that this means your cancellation has not been received or confirmed by us, and your order remains open.
Once written cancellation is given, you are responsible for payment for any and all expenses incurred, and work done towards the completion of your project, as determined by Wedding Taskers. In the event of cancellation, Wedding Taskers retains complete ownership of any and all copyrights and original work created and has the right to use these without exception or restriction.
Wedding Taskers reserves the right to cancel your order and services with us if we feel that the working relationship is not in our best interest. In rare cases like this, we will notify you in an email and ask for your reply to confirm this has been received by you. If by some chance you do not reply to us after we have contacted you 3 times, and 3 months has passed, we will cancel your order and stop further contact, and monies paid are forfeited. We reserve the right to keep any monies paid to date to cover our consultation and research time. The balance will be refunded. Refunds are direct deposit, please allow up to 1 month for your refund.

Postponing & Job on Hold Notice
You are welcome to postpone your order or services with us at any time for any reason. We kindly ask you to notify us in an email to hello@weddingtaskers.com.au. We will then reply and confirm your postponement within 2 working days. If you have not received an email confirmation from us regarding your postponement, please note - this means your postponement has not been received or confirmed by us, and your order remains open.
We will hold your order for 1 year and rely on you, the client, to notify us to re-start your order. Once we have confirmed your new start date, we will also confirm the current price of your order. We reserve the right to request further payment before starting your order. If we have not heard from you after that year, your order will be cancelled with no further notice from us.
No Contact Issues
If by some chance you have placed an order with us and we have tried to contact you a number of times (3 x emails, 3 x texts with the contact details we have on your order) and have had no reply from you, we will assume you no longer need your order with us. In this case, your order will be cancelled with no notice from us and any monies paid will be forfeited.
Changing your mind on scope of work
You are welcome to change your mind at any time during the process, BUT change-of-minds are not included in the price you pay or in the package we’ve provided. Every time you change your mind on the service or on the scope of work we’ve agreed to, there will be extra charges applied to cover our time.
We will always confirm the extra charges and time needed to do this before we actually go ahead with any of the changes you request. It’s important that you communicate with us at all times - while we are very good at what we do, we can’t always read your mind. We do reserve the right to ask for payment before we proceed any further with your work.
What do I get?
Wedding Taskers will provide your chosen package and agreed scope of work of wedding vendor recommendations and quotes (if select quote package) in a branded PDF document, embedded with wedding vendor contact information with a 4-week timeframe after our first client meeting.
Timeframes
Wedding Taskers will provide a suggested timeline for you to work to, so you can book in your wedding vendors.
At the time of providing your list of wedding vendor recommendations, these vendors have confirmed availability.
We are not responsible for them not being available if you have not contacted them by our suggested timeline.
We are happy to help you find more available wedding vendors, but this is not included in your package price and is completed at an extra cost to you – the client.
Do your own research
Wedding Taskers do they very best to recommend the best wedding vendor to you for your wedding. But it is the client’s responsibility to do their own due diligence and research. We strongly suggest you take the time to research them for yourselves and make your decisions based on your own research.
Third Party
This relates to the wedding vendor supplies referred. Wedding Taskers is not liable for any third-party actions.
This includes the service they provide, the price they charge and any of their own personal actions before, during, on the day and after.
Marketing
We are proud of our work and love to show it off. If by some chance you don’t want your work shown in our socials, website or marketing, please let us know when signing these T+C’s. Privacy is paramount and is always respected.
What happens if you don’t like the work done by us?
This happening is very rare as we have had detailed discussions and provided a confirmed client brief, which we asked you to confirm what we are service we are providing before we start. If by some chance this does happen, here are the options:
1 - Refer to your client brief and questionnaire to confirm we have met the agreed brief. If we have established that we have not met your client brief, then we will present a new list of wedding vendors. We will confirm in an email what we are supplying and the timeframe. This requires your approval for us to proceed.
2 - If we have established that we have met the brief and we now have a change of mind from you, or that it is not what you had in your mind, we will discuss what revisions or changes are required and quote for any extra work time required to complete this for you. Order time frames will also be confirmed.
3 - Cancel your order with us. Any monies paid to date are kept cover our consultation, service time and we will refund the balance. Refunds are direct deposit, please allow up to 1 month.

Dealing with COVID-related Issues
With the world still reeling and coping with COVID - we’ve got a few unique situations to cover as restrictions on manpower, operating hours, production times and shipping times can wreak havoc in the best-laid plans.
1. Price variations during postponement
If you’ve postponed your order and prices have changed in that period, we’ll let you know and confirm any extra costs before we start on your job again.
2. Postponing due to COVID-19
If you need to postpone your service due to COVID concerns or issues, please email us to let us know that you’ve decided to postpone. We’ll reply to confirm the postponement and put your job on hold for one year.
3. Cancellation of your order due to COVID-19
We would be sad to see you cancel your order with us, but completely understand. If you haven’t started with us yet, currently in the onboarding stage, as a good-faith gesture we’ll refund 50% of your retainer (deposit) or money paid on your order. Please allow up to 1 month for your refund to be processed.
If we have completed the work / service, please refer to section 1 about monies paid.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All information provide to you by Wedding Taskers are exclusive, copyrighted to and the intellectual property of Wedding Taskers.
The use of, reproduction of, or transferral of our work in part or full by or to a third party is not allowed unless written permission from Wedding Taskers is given for that specific usage. Breaches will be met with legal action.
Force Majeure
Neither Party will be liable to the other Party for failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent such performance is hindered, delayed or prevented by Force Majeure (except for failure to make payments hereunder).
Neither party shall be held liable or responsible to the other party nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement for failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any obligation under this Agreement when such failure or delay is caused by or results from causes beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to an outbreak, disease, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine restriction, or other public health or government restriction or advisory, fire, floods, embargoes, war, acts of war (whether war is declared or not), insurrections, riots, civil commotions, strikes, lockouts or other labour disturbances, acts of God or acts, omissions or delays in acting by any governmental authority; provided, however, that the party so affected shall use reasonable commercial efforts to avoid or remove such causes of non-performance, and shall continue performance hereunder with reasonable dispatch whenever such causes are removed.
Either party shall provide the other party with prompt written notice of any delay or failure to perform that occurs by reason of force majeure. The parties shall mutually seek a resolution of the delay or the failure to perform as noted above.
