  • Yes! Our personal consultation and wedding discovery session can be done in person at a local Perth café and is the best way to do it. This allows us time to sit together and go through everything you dream your wedding to be.

  • Using my personal experience through my own wedding planning and multiple bridesmaid journeys over the last 15 years, I consider things like:

    How are their communications skills? Are they open and transparent? Do they get back to you within a business day? Will they likely meet your expectations as a wedding couple?

    Do these vendors see me and hear me? Do I have a good feeling about them and in their presence? Can they show me their previous works and portfolios? Do they have lots of glowing customer reviews?

  • Wedding quoting is so much more than sending a random email or picking up the phone to just any vendor.

    So, yes. To receive a better understanding of your dream wedding, it is best to place a 15-minute call with me, to discover what your weddings wants and needs are after our chat, book in the suggested package and meet with me in person. Wedding quoting services can be added on following this, to ensure you receive the best experience.

  • That is absolutely fine. You’re allowed to change your mind. It’s your wedding and I want it to be perfect for you. If you feel the vendors aren’t the right fit for your wedding, it’s important to let me know.

    Before having another discovery session with you over the phone, we can book in for a ‘change of scope of work package’, which includes a new discovery session of what you didn’t like about the selected wedding vendors and I can find you other vendors within your new scope of work.

  • We are currently located in Perth, WA, and are only equipped to assist in the surrounding areas. However, we are hoping to grow Wedding Taskers and become accessible to our interstates couples very soon!

  • During our complimentary 15-minute phone consultation, you’ll book and pay for your chosen Wedding Taskers package, should you decide to go ahead.

    You’ll also book a date, time and location that suits you for your 2-hour wedding discovery session and personal consultation, over coffee and cake (or maybe a cheeky wine). Here, we’ll go through your wedding discovery document to see what your dream wedding looks and feels like, including budget and timeframe.

    If you have purchased the Wedding Heaven or Wedding Bliss packages, you’ll receive a beautiful gifted Wedding Planning Folder, as we meet and start out wedding chatter.

    On the day following our meeting, I will send your very own personalised Pinterest board that we can share together, to create a clear vison of your dream wedding for your vendors.

    Within 4 weeks of our consultation, you will receive your chosen set of wedding vendors in a beautiful and personalised report. Depending on your package, this includes a wedding vendor timeline of when you book your vendors so you don’t miss out.

    Afterwards, I will reach out to see to see how are you going with your weddings plans and if you need a hand reaching out and getting some quotes from our recommended venders.
